BrainyGym for Claude

Updated October 23, 2026

With the BrainyGym connector, Claude can save the courses it writes with you to your account, quiz you with questions that are graded and scheduled for review, and walk you through your daily session. What you do in Claude shows up on the BrainyGym website and app.

What it can do

  • Create and save courses: Claude writes the course (modules, reading and questions) and saves it to your account with its reviews scheduled.
  • See your courses and what is due for review today.
  • Practise with questions in an interactive card: every answer is graded and scheduled for review.
  • Do today’s session block by block, with questions, flashcards and explanations that BrainyGym grades.
  • Ask BrainyGym to generate a full course with its own system and check when it is ready.

How to connect it

  • In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and find BrainyGym in the directory. You can also add it as a custom connector with the URL https://brainygym.com/mcp.
  • Click Connect and sign in with your BrainyGym account (or create one). Claude only gets access to your BrainyGym data.
  • You need a BrainyGym account and must be 18 or older. You can start for free.

Examples to try

  • “Make me a Docker course for my job and save it to BrainyGym”
  • “What do I need to review today in BrainyGym?”
  • “Quiz me on module 2 of my course”
  • “Let’s start my session for today in BrainyGym”

What data it uses

The connector only sends BrainyGym what each action needs (the course you save, your answers, your explanations). It does not receive or store your conversation with Claude. More details in the privacy policy.

Troubleshooting

  • Nothing happens when you click Connect: open a new chat and try again; check that your browser is not blocking the sign-in window.
  • “You have no courses”: create one by asking Claude or at brainygym.com; it shows up in Claude right away.
  • An explanation stays “being graded”: send it again unchanged after a few seconds; it does not count twice.
  • To disconnect BrainyGym, remove it in Claude’s Customize → Connectors. To delete your account and data, write to support@brainygym.com.
