Turn on developer mode in ChatGPT (Settings → Security and login; depends on your plan and workspace policy).
Go to chatgpt.com/plugins → "+" → "Add custom MCP server".
Paste the URL, choose OAuth, confirm and install.
In a new chat, type @ and pick BrainyGym.
