These terms govern your use of BrainyGym, provided by Rene Montilva, a self-employed professional based in Spain. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
BrainyGym helps you learn: it prepares courses from your goals and sources, organises a daily session and schedules reviews. You can use it on the web, in the mobile app and from compatible AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for what happens with your account and for keeping your access secure.
AI-generated content
Courses, questions and grades are generated with AI models and may contain mistakes. BrainyGym is a study tool: it does not replace professional (medical, legal, financial or other) advice and does not guarantee exam results.
Your content
The goals, documents, links, answers and explanations you provide remain yours. You allow us to process them only to provide the service. Do not upload content you have no right to use.
Acceptable use
Do not use BrainyGym for illegal activities, to try to access other people’s accounts or systems, or to overload or automate the service abusively.
Plans
The free plan includes what the website describes. If you buy a paid plan, the price and conditions shown at purchase apply.
Leaving
You can stop using BrainyGym at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
We provide the service with due care, but as is and without guaranteeing that it is always available or error-free, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights your country’s law grants you as a consumer.
